Understanding your metrics
The interpretation of data always depends on the customer's goals, but here are some reference numbers that you can use to read the data:
Reactions
Reaction rate above 1%: The story has garnered reactions, so I am interested!
Reaction Distribution: Is there a focus on something? Pay special attention to these!
Shares
Over 0.5% Share: The story has served (but has it served the right audience?)
Reading time: does not tell much in itself, but it is worth reading in relation to the length of the story!
Engagement
Overall Color: What does the Dashboard look like overall?
If engagement focuses on yellow or orange, dive deep into the content topic.
Engagement number greater than 4 or 6:
More than 6 in a good story,
more than 4 in a news story
