Articles
Here's how to interpret your results:
Published Date indicates the date of your article was published.
If the date of publication is not collected or our code does not understand it, the number is January 1, 1970 at 02:00.
Title organizes the contents by name in alphabetical order.
Viewers represents the total number of visitors to the content.
Reactions is the total number of visitors who reacted to your content.
In the Reactions column, you can sort the content by the number or percentage of reactions.
Engagement score tells you how engaged your readers are. Our engagement engine and scoring is aggregated data from:
- Reading time
- Number of shares
- Number of reactions
From there, the score between 0 to 10 tells you how engaging an article is. We will calculate the score once the article has reached 50 unique viewers. This will help you evaluate the success of your articles.
Feedback tells you the number of feedback you have received from your article.
Reading time measures all visitors to a page and analyzes how active and engaged they are based on the average time spent on the article.
The tool detects if the page is open, but the reader changes the window or does nothing.
The React & Share tool calculates the active read time more accurately than, for example, Google Analytics, which may cause the read time data to differ between the two tools.
